Your Role as an Owner-Operator

• Manage and execute daily mobile detailing and pressure washing operations across the Greater Phoenix area.
• Build and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and fleet clients.

• As your region grows, recruit, train, and manage a team of detailing technicians to expand your local footprint.

What We Are Looking For

• Entrepreneurial Drive: You want to be your own boss and are ready to put in the work to build a lucrative regional business.
• Leadership & Management: Ability to manage daily operations and eventually lead a team.
• Industry Passion: A background in auto detailing, washing, or mobile services is highly preferred.
• Capital & Equipment: Ability to meet the initial franchise investment requirements and outfit a professional mobile detailing vehicle (van or truck with water tank, pressure washer, generator, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to secure commercial liability insurance.
